Crisler.Fit ("we," "our," or "us") operates crisler.fit. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (encrypted). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email and profile information.

Class Booking Information

When you book classes, we collect attendee names, email addresses, phone numbers, and digital waiver signatures.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. We only store transaction records for class credits purchased.

Google Calendar Access

If you sign in with Google and grant calendar permissions, we access your Google Calendar solely to add your booked fitness classes as calendar events. We do not read, modify, or delete any existing calendar events.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our fitness training services
• To manage your class bookings and training schedule
• To process payments for class credits and training programs
• To automatically add your booked classes to your Google Calendar (if authorized)
• To send you class reminders and important service updates
• To improve our services and user experience

Google Calendar Data Usage

Crisler.Fit's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we use Google Calendar access to:

• Create calendar events for your booked fitness classes
• Update calendar events if you modify your bookings
• Delete calendar events if you cancel your bookings

We do NOT access, read, modify, or delete any other calendar events. Your calendar data is only used for the specific purpose of managing your Crisler.Fit class bookings.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Our database is hosted on Supabase with enterprise-grade security.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We only share data with:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• Google: When you explicitly grant calendar access
• Supabase: Our database and authentication provider

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke Google Calendar access at any time through your Google Account settings
• Export your booking history

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except for transaction records which we are required to retain for legal and accounting purposes.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
