What Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account we collect your email address and an encrypted password. If you sign in with Google we receive your Google account email and name.

Coaching Inquiry Information

When you submit the coaching inquiry form we collect your name, email address, fitness goals, challenges, experience level, and any free-text responses you provide. This information is used to personalize your consultation experience and send follow-up communications.

Health & Fitness Information

If you use the Performance Lab, we collect intake information including age, gender, height, weight, fitness goals, activity level, pain areas, and training history. We also collect workout logs, body weight entries, nutrition logs, sleep data, and progress photos you choose to upload. This information is used solely to generate and personalize your training program.

Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. We retain transaction records including amounts, dates, and subscription status for billing and legal purposes.

Consultation Booking Information

When you book a consultation call we collect your name, email, and goals. A Zoom meeting is created on your behalf — Zoom's privacy policy governs your use of that platform.

Usage & Analytics

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken on our site. You can opt out of Meta's data collection at facebook.com/settings.
