Jonathan is a strength and mobility coach with over 20 years of training experience โ including 11 years as a competitive gymnast and 14 years coaching athletes at every level.
His gymnastics background shaped how he coaches today: a focus on strength, control, and long-term durability rather than quick fixes.
One of his key specialties is identifying weaknesses and imbalances โ using that to help clients move better, reduce pain, and improve performance.
While his roots are in elite performance, he now works primarily with everyday people who want to get stronger and feel better without overcomplicating fitness.
