REFUND POLICY

All sales at Crisler.Fit are final. We do not offer refunds on any products or services.

Please read the details below for each service before purchasing.

Performance Lab — $34/month

The Performance Lab is a monthly subscription. All charges are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Your initial subscription charge
  • Any monthly renewal charges
  • Charges made while your subscription was active, even if you did not use the service

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the Performance Lab through the end of your current billing period. Access ends when the paid period expires — we do not prorate partial months.

If you cancel and wish to resubscribe at a later date, you may do so at the current pricing available at that time.

Consultation Call — $99

The $99 consultation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

  • If you no-show to your scheduled call
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled time
  • If the call does not result in you moving forward with coaching

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation call one time at no charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled call time by emailing support@crisler.fit. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice or after a no-show forfeit the one-time reschedule allowance and the $99 fee.

If Coach Jon cancels or no-shows: In the unlikely event that Coach Jon is unable to attend a scheduled call, you will be offered one free reschedule at a time of your choosing. This is the sole remedy in this situation — no refund will be issued.

Credit toward coaching: If you move forward with OPT coaching after your consultation, the $99 consultation fee is credited toward your first month.

Online Personal Training (OPT) — Monthly Subscription

OPT coaching subscriptions are non-refundable. This includes your initial charge and all subsequent monthly charges.

You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time by contacting support@crisler.fit. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

If you are dissatisfied with your coaching experience, please contact Coach Jon directly before cancelling — most issues can be addressed by adjusting your program or communication cadence.

The Gymnastics Way & Other Courses

All course purchases are non-refundable. Digital course content is delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned. If you experience a technical issue accessing your course, contact support@crisler.fit and we will resolve the issue.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from Crisler.Fit you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for a charge that complies with this policy constitutes a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform for any user who initiates a fraudulent chargeback.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@crisler.fit before initiating a dispute. We will work with you to resolve legitimate billing errors.
